If any item fails to meet your expectations, it may be returned for a replacement (if available), a refund, or exchanged for another item.

By Mail:

  1. Within 30 days from date of receipt, unworn merchandise with tickets intact will be accepted for a full refund or exchange, when accompanied by your receipt or invoice.
  2. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
  3. Pack and seal your return securely and include the original receipt or invoice.
  4. Mail the package to:

  5. You must pay for the expense of the return to us, and your original shipping charges are not refundable.
  6. There will be no additional shipping charges for exchanges.
  7. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your credit card to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

    Note: We recommend using a tracking method when shipping back merchandise. We cannot be responsible for merchandise lost during the return/exchange process.
To the Stores:
  1. Within 30 days of purchase, unworn merchandise with tickets intact will be accepted for a full refund or exchange, when accompanied by your receipt or invoice.
  2. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Returns after 30 days with receipt will be satisfied in the form of a merchandise credit. Returns without receipt will be satisfied in the form of a merchandise credit at the product's current selling price.
  3. Formals, jewelry, bags, belts, and clearance sales are final, thus returns cannot not be accepted at a store.
  4. Currently, returns and exchanges can only be made at the Logan and Pocatello stores.
