If any item fails to meet your expectations, it may be returned for a replacement (if available), a refund, or exchanged for another item.
By Mail:
- Within 30 days from date of receipt, unworn merchandise with tickets intact will be accepted for a full refund or exchange, when accompanied by your receipt or invoice.
- Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
- Pack and seal your return securely and include the original receipt or invoice.

- You must pay for the expense of the return to us, and your original shipping charges are not refundable.
- There will be no additional shipping charges for exchanges.
- Please allow 2-3 weeks for your credit card to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Note: We recommend using a tracking method when shipping back merchandise. We cannot be responsible for merchandise lost during the return/exchange process.
To the Stores:
- Within 30 days of purchase, unworn merchandise with tickets intact will be accepted for a full refund or exchange, when accompanied by your receipt or invoice.
- Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Returns after 30 days with receipt will be satisfied in the form of a merchandise credit. Returns without receipt will be satisfied in the form of a merchandise credit at the product's current selling price.
- Formals, jewelry, bags, belts, and clearance sales are final, thus returns cannot not be accepted at a store.
- Currently, returns and exchanges can only be made at the Logan and Pocatello stores.
